The PACI Hope Health Access Scheme (PHHAS) operates strictly as a discretionary non-profit medical co-sponsorship fund.

IMPORTANT: Submitting an application, completing the 3-minute screening tool, or register-checking eligibility does NOT represent a guaranteed grant, contract, or automatic claim to funding. Subsidies are allocated case-by-case based on active non-profit pool limits.

PACI Hope Foundation secures price reductions by acting as a direct liaison between the applicant and the hospital administration.

Our dedicated clinical review desk actively engages in direct bilateral negotiations with partner hospital administrations to obtain heavy medical discount structures. Since hospitals operate as independent corporate or state entities, co-funding approvals are strictly conditional upon the specific hospital's willingness to discount billing and accept PACI Hope's structured portion.

To maintain transparency and ensure support reaches those in acute distress, every applicant undergoes a strict financial vulnerability check:

• Mandatory Verification: Uploading government-issued low-income certificates, income tax reports, or local authority declarations.
• Medical Validation: Presentation of diagnostic reports (CT, MRI, Pathology) and official hospital estimates signed by treating clinicians.
• Any misrepresentation, falsified documentation, or exaggerated estimates results in an immediate blacklisting and legal reporting of the case.

The maximum possible co-sponsorship subsidy under the PHHAS framework is up to 70% of the total cleared billing.

The exact approved percentage (ranging from 20% to 70%) is determined dynamically by the review desk, influenced by: (a) the absolute critical nature of the surgery/treatment, (b) the outcome of hospital discount negotiations, and (c) the remaining co-sponsorship funds available. The family or sponsor remains legally responsible for clearing the remaining balance to the hospital.

Under our anti-fraud protocols, no funds are ever handed in cash, cheque, or electronic drafts to patient family members, patient relative groups, or mediators.

Approved co-sponsored funds are wired directly into the official validated bank accounts of the treatment hospital on specific billing milestones. All transaction codes are fully audited and made available for public tracking inside campaign ledgers.

PACI Hope Foundation is a non-profit crowdfunding and co-sponsorship group. We do not operate medical facilities, treat patients, perform operations, or manage clinicians.

Any clinical risk, medical negligence, surgical failure, or healthcare dispute during the treatment lies strictly between the patient and the hospital administration. PACI Hope is fully indemnified from any medical liabilities.
