By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the PACI Hope Foundation platform, mobile forms, and campaign directories, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately terminate use of our websites, applications, and non-profit services. We reserve the right to revise or append these terms at our sole discretion, and continued usage implies consent.

The PACI Hope Health Access Scheme (PHHAS) is a dedicated charitable co-sponsorship structure. All submissions made via our screening tools are reviewed strictly against medical legitimacy, hospital validation, and financial vulnerability profiles.

Submission of an eligibility form does not guarantee co-funding, direct financial disbursements, or medical intervention. All approvals are dependent on campaign sponsorships, non-profit resource allocations, and official partner hospital clearance.

Donations made to campaign directories or global pools on our platform are processed securely via encrypted partner gateways. Every donation represents an unrestricted voluntary contribution made for noble medical assistance and is 100% secure.

Because donations are directly committed to active patient hospital clearance and direct disbursals, all payments are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the trustees under special medical clearances.

PACI Hope Foundation maintains a strict anti-leakage fiscal framework. Under no circumstances will co-sponsored funds or campaign-raised capitals be disbursed in direct cash to patient relatives, advocates, or mediators.

All authorized funds are wired directly into the official validated bank accounts of partner treatment hospitals. Clearance receipts are issued on direct billing settlements.

PACI Hope Foundation coordinates and co-funds treatments but does not provide clinical services, medical surgeries, hospital operations, or clinical advice. We are not a medical healthcare facility.

The foundation, its trustees, employees, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any medical complications, surgical outcomes, hospital administration negligence, or operational failures occurring during hospital stays.

These terms, conditions, and operational policies are governed, structured, and interpreted strictly in accordance with regional non-profit laws and territorial jurisdiction regulations. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the registered legal courts.
